Prairie Trail Investments LLC was founded in 2023 in St. Louis, Missouri to purchase and rehab residential real estate properties. We buy property in as-is condition with no cleaning or improvements required by the seller. Prairie Trail Investments LLC has the team and resources in place to purchase your home for top dollar providing a win-win scenario on both sides of the transaction.

OUR FOUNDERS

Justin Marschalk
Co-Founder

┬áJustin was born and raised in the south St. Louis area and is a dedicated husband, father and real estate investor. He has over 10 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industries working on projects in Missouri, Iowa, Colorado and California. Justin has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, with a minor in Business from Missouri State University. He has a passion for purchasing and rehabbing homes to improve communities and provide people a beautiful place to live.

Tim Drier,
Co-Founder

Tim has been a builder since 2007 when he started an apprenticeship with the Carpenters Union in St. Louis. He finished that apprenticeship in 2011, and moved to Los Angeles where he did freelance work lighting and building sets for theaters. In 2017, he met his wife and moved to Seattle. While in Seattle, he was licensed as a General Contractor and expanded his experience as a Carpenter remodeling and adding additions onto homes. He had his first investment experience doing a “live-in flip” that turned a great profit and made some great family memories. After that sale, Tim moved back to St. Louis, where plans for Prairie Trail Investments became a reality. When not building he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 beautiful children, reading, theatre and activities at church.
