Justin Marschalk
Co-Founder
Justin was born and raised in the south St. Louis area. He has over 10 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industries working on projects in Missouri, Iowa, Colorado and California.
Tim Drier
Co-Founder
Tim has been a builder since 2007 when he started an apprenticeship with the Carpenters Union in St. Louis.He had his first investment experience doing a “live-in flip” that turned a great profit and made some great family memories.
